NYS Ed Tech Innovators - July 2018
The end of the school year does not mean the end of meaningful work related to educational technology for New York State educators, administrators, and educational leaders. Over the last few months, some Districts and BOCES-led consortia with religious and independent school partners have submitted Learning Technology Grant applications, which will hopefully lead to enhancements in teaching and learning. Currently, with the assistance of staff from BOCES and RICs, districts are working hard on developing their Instructional Technology Plans, each with unique goals and action steps addressing how districts are meeting the educational technology expectations of the Board of Regents. Educators are attending and presenting at various educational technology conferences across the state and country, sharing their knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Contributions to this edition of NYS Ed Tech Innovators come from the central and southern areas of our state, representing insights from a religious school, a public district, and a Regional Information Center.听听
